By using LaunchReady AI ("LaunchReady", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What we offer
- Free Scan — a preview report of your website, no charge.
- Full Report — $39 (one-time): the complete audit for one website with all findings, priorities, and recommendations.
- AI Fix Pack — $99 (one-time): automatic AI-applied fixes for eligible, supported websites. Eligibility is shown after your scan and before you pay.
- AI Guided Fix — $69 (one-time): a 7-day AI assistant session that walks you through fixing your report. Limited to one website, one audit report, up to 50 chat messages and 20 screenshot uploads. Not a general-purpose AI consulting product.
- Extended AI Guidance — $19 (one-time): extends an active AI Guided Fix session with additional messages.
2. AI Fix Pack eligibility
Automatic AI fixes require a supported website platform. LaunchReady detects your platform during your free scan and shows eligibility before any purchase. If your site is not currently eligible, we offer the AI Guided Fix instead — do not purchase the AI Fix Pack expecting it to work on unsupported platforms.
3. Customer credits
Paid purchases earn a $10 credit that is automatically applied to your next paid checkout. Credits expire 60 days after they are granted, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if refunded.
4. Payments and refunds
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Our refund policy:
- Full Report ($39): refundable within 7 days if the report was not delivered or is clearly broken.
- AI Fix Pack ($99): refundable if we cannot deliver a working fix run on your eligible site. Once fixes are applied successfully, the purchase is non-refundable.
- AI Guided Fix ($69) and Extended Guidance ($19): non-refundable once you send your first message in the assistant, because AI compute has already been consumed.

5. Acceptable use
- Only submit URLs you own or have permission to audit.
- Do not scrape the service, run automated bulk requests, or attempt to break the system.
- Do not use the service for unlawful content or to attack other websites.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer AI prompts, fix scripts, or paid content.
6. AI disclaimer
LaunchReady uses AI (including OpenAI models via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate findings, recommendations, and guided-fix instructions. AI output is best-effort and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing any change before applying it to a live website. LaunchReady does not modify your website automatically unless you explicitly purchase the AI Fix Pack and connect your site.
Screenshots and text you upload to the AI Guided Fix assistant are sent to our AI provider for analysis. Do not upload confidential data you are not permitted to share with third-party AI services.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated findings will produce any specific business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, or business decisions resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to LaunchReady in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual property
LaunchReady owns the software, audit engine, prompts, report templates, and all related content. You retain ownership of your website, your submitted URLs, and any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the service you purchased.
10. Trademarks
"LaunchReady AI", the LaunchReady logo, and related marks are trademarks of LaunchReady AI. All other trademarks referenced in reports (including platform names) belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact support@launchreadyal.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
