LaunchReady AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered website audit tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and how long we keep it.
1. Information we collect
- URLs you submit for audit, and the public content fetched from those URLs.
- Contact details (name, email) when you unlock a report, purchase a product, or contact support.
- Screenshots and chat messages you upload to the AI Guided Fix assistant.
- Website connection credentials (application passwords, tokens) only if you connect a site for the AI Fix Pack. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only to apply the fixes you approve.
- Payment information processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — we receive only the last-4, brand, and country.
- Usage analytics (page views, audit starts/completions) tied to a randomly generated session ID. No third-party ad or marketing trackers.
2. How we use it
- To run the audit you requested and deliver your report.
- To email you your report, receipts, and transactional messages related to your purchase.
- To power the AI Guided Fix assistant (analyzing your screenshots and chat).
- To apply AI Fix Pack changes to a website you connected.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and improve product quality.
3. Processors we share with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with sub-processors that operate the service:
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosting, database, authentication, transactional email delivery.
- OpenAI (via the Lovable AI Gateway) — AI analysis for scans and for the AI Guided Fix assistant, including any screenshots you upload.
Do not upload confidential or regulated data (health records, financial account data, government IDs) to the assistant.
4. Data retention
- Audits & reports: kept indefinitely unless you request deletion, so you can revisit purchased reports.
- AI Guided Fix conversations & screenshots: retained for the 7-day access window plus 30 days for support, then deleted.
- Email delivery logs: 90 days.
- Analytics events: 12 months.
- Purchase records: retained for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years).
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only (session, CSRF, and Stripe checkout). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
Email support@launchreadyal.com to access, export, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Website connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected vulnerabilities to support@launchreadyal.com.
